AK Ski-USA no longer imports AK SKI Swiss Engineering skis made by Aldo Kuonen. We have a few remaining pairs of the highest quality, hand-made Swiss skis ever made. All models are constructed of World Cup materials including Hess vertical laminate wood cores, P-tex 6000 bases, layers of hyper carbon, titanium and fiber glass (depending on the model) and at least 22 minutes in the press! These AK skis were made in Europe BEFORE Aldo moved manufacturing to Tunisia and started making OEM products for other companies like Movement and Bro. All our remaining inventory is new with a few demo pairs available.
We do not have all lengths of each model, so email us to be sure we can ship the skis you want. All sales are final upon receipt of your money order or bank check (sorry no credit cards or personal checks) and shipment of skis. No warranty applies as these skis cannot be replaced.

In Hawaiian, No Ka Oi means is the best! This ski is a "He-Man" ski. It will test your skills.It performs like magic in all terrain and all snow conditions. The radical side cut allows for carving control on firm snow and ice, while the waist dimension provides the flotation needed in powder. But the ski is not so wide as to give the fat ski deflection or diminished control on firm conditions. Heli skiers and Snow Cat guides are choosing the No Ka Oi for their back country excursions because it is so versatile. Whether you prefer skiing off piste or on, the No Ka Oi can take you where ever you want to go. Like all AK Skis, we use the World Cup contruction AK was famous for. The Swiss Mountain Guides Association contributed design specification for the development of the AK Pro Mountain. The Pro Mountain is the slightly kinder/gentler/softer model of the AK line. Without compromising strength, this ski is lighter than similar skis in its class. The Pro Mountain is intended for Telemark, Randonee or back country adventures as well as typical resort skiing. Because of its lightweight maneuverability, the Pro Mountain has been a favorite with women.The Pro Mountain is well balanced and performs easily on all terrain and in all conditions. This ski is perfect for the intermediate who aspires to greater skill levels.

The ProRide was the first AK model designed by the Swiss Guides Association. Their intended use for the ProRide was a light, reliable, maneuverable ski for the glaciers of Switzerland. It is the appropriate introduction to AK engineering and construction for intermediates who want to accelerate their skills in the back country. The ProRide is the favorite of many telemarkers for its weight and stability.

The AK TITAN is the G.S. ski of the AK Race/Carve line. It's made for carving! The geometry will thrill you with the sensation of a FIS ski. The TITAN performs very well in difficult, firm, piste applications. It possesses the dramatic rebound found in all AK skis and reduces concern on ice and firm snow to mere coincidence. The ski is equally at home on typical fresh groomed snow. It is constructed with two sheets of real titanal. The AK Pro has been the most popular AK model in Europe. Its shape facilitates radical carves; The Pro will also be an excellent choice for all advanced skiers who find the race carve sensation on piste and off piste to be unparalleled excitement! Supercross enthusiasts will prefer the Pro, with its relevant shape 117-68-107 it is very similar to FIS World Cup Slalom skis. In the length 168cm this ski has a 14m radius. This ski is exciting and innovative, intended for the aggressive skier. The AK Pro shares the same geometry as the HyperPro, but uses graphite rather than Hyper-Carbon to influence its softer flex. Expert skiers should look to the HyperPro.
Some models arrived from Switzerland with racing plates. These versions are EXCELLENT skis for Masters racers.

The Hyper-Pro is very "damp" and has the ability to run. The geometry will give a skier the confidence to tackle gates or the mountain. The HyperPro is the logical extension of the AK Pro. HyperPro's design and construction, same as the AK Pro. The HyperPro is for aggressive skiers with a stiffer flex that the Pro. Developing junior skiers have acheived great success with ski. It's reliability in all conditions made the HyperPro a favorite of Ski Patrolers.

The AK Roundabout is the most versatile children's ski available. This ski is shorter, but built to the same rigorous standards as all AK models. The Roundabout will support most children up to age fourteen as well as lighter women.
The twin tip design and side cut geometry satisfy the two dominant juvenile demands in one ski. Twin tips allow greater versatility in the Park and Pipe.
